The tournament includes all the FIFA confederations champions eg european champions SPAIN, asian champions IRAQ, s. American champions BRAZIL, oceania champions NZ, african champions EGYPT, concacaf champions USA, hosts of next world cup SOUTH AFRICA and world champions ITALY. It is used as a tester to see that host of world cup next year has the capability and is on track to host the tournament
