I have a problem with my left arm.I can't lift it very high or try and scratch my back or I get avery excruciating pain. I see a physical therapist 2 times a week..I have been told it is my rotary cuff. I have been in therapy almost a year. I have good days and bad...mostly bad and also very bad neck pain...what would you suggest I do ?
