    Stuffed Jalapeños.

    12 Jalapeños ( for aprox. 6 persons)
    2 cups of cheddar chese
    1/2 philadelphia creamchese
    2 tablespoons of english sauce
    1 chorizo
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 cups of water

Clean each jalapeño peper with plastic gloves,  cut a small slice to put away all the seeds, when you finished, put water to boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar, put the jalapeños for 5 minutes, and then rinse them, and cool them.

Put pork chorizo in a pan, until cooked.

Cream the Philadelphia creamcheese and put the cheddar cheese and the 2 tablespoons of English sauce.

Stuffed each jalapeño with the mix and put in the top some chorizo.

Put them in the oven 350 degrees for 8 minutes, and let them cool a little.

    Enjoy them!

Hi, this is one of my favorite appeterizers.

      Akara Appetizers (West Africa)
      By Geneva

      1½ cups cooking oil
      1  bag  black-eyed peas
      4 cups water
      1 pound chopped clean shrimp
1 chopped and seeded Bonnie scotch pepper
      1 medium chopped onion
      3 sliced scallion onions
      1 tablespoon Adobo seasonings
      ¾ cup water
      1 tablespoon black ground pepper

Soak black-eyed peas in warm water for 2 hours.   Follow cleaning instructions on the package for the peas.   In a blender add the tender and soaked peas, seasonings, ¼cup of water, onions, and peppers until a thick batter mixture is formed.   Add chopped shrimp and mix into the batter.  Pour cooking oil in a large frying pan or skillet.   Heat oil over high temperatures, once the oil is very hot, spoon mixture with a teaspoon and drop one scoop at a time in the hot oil and brown on both sides.   Serve fast, it tastes better hot.   Serves 10 to 12.
