If you are having poly cystic ovarian disease then there are poor chances of ovulation because these cysts are formed inside the ovary when ovulation does not occur. These cysts are actually follicles which failed to produce egg during ovulation due to imbalance of FSH and LH ratio. So, in my opinion, you will not ovulate if confirmed patient of poly cystic ovarian disease, otherwise ovulation is possible at mid of the cycle and in your case on 18th July in a 28 days cycle.
