Obviously. She needs to accept the fact that life moves on. Happiness won't be just handed to you. You have to work for it. Moping over someone won't turn any tables; if you want something, get it. And by BF are you talking about a boyfriend or a best friend? Well with either of them, ask her if she feels accepted with whomever. If there's even the slightest doubt, then she should find out how to handle it from there.
