How Do You Operate A DVD Recorder?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

DVD recorders are very simple to use. They connect to ones TV or other display device to allow the user to operate the device by selecting options from a screen. The remote allows users to go to the Main Menu, Title Menu, control the volume, select the track, skip a track, pause, control sound quality, control video size etc.

DVD ROMs are the equivalent of recorders in computers. They are either inbuilt into the computer's cabinet or are external to the machine. Once they are plugged in they are pretty simple to operate. Similar to a CD player the CD tray has to be ejected and the DVD inserted. The tray can be pushed slightly or the eject button pressed again for the DVD to start reading. Computers generally require software to operate DVD players.
