Do You Need Regular High School Math To Become A Real Estate Agent In Vancouver B.C?
Answers
That's really not one of the requirements one lists down when looking to become a real estate agent is it? I would say you need regular high school math to become almost anything; however, I am sure many people can do without it. A real estate agent or broker is basically a party who acts as a mediator between sellers and purchasers of real estate and tries to look for sellers who wan to sell and purchasers who want to purchase.
However, I would assume that you would need a high school degree to become a real estate agent and since most high school have math as an integral part of the curriculum, it is more or less taken for granted that you do have knowledge of high school level math.
To get a real estate license, one does need to take a minimum number of classes before appearing for the state licensing exam, which may possibly have math as a subject to be tested.
