    Yes you can marriage in the church of Cornwall even you do not live there. There is no restriction on the users to marry in a specific church it depends upon your ease you can marry any time in any church. So you should know that you are allowed to marry in any church you want with any one. It might be possible that the rule and customs of the marriage of different church.

    If you are relocated from your own place and there you meet some guy to whom you want to marry so you can easily marry with the person any time in the church. Many people marry in the church every day so you can be one of them who marry in the church. There is another type of marriage that is the marriage in the court many people go for the court marriage however the people who prefer to marry in the church are some sort of the religious people so they marry in church. So this is the reason these people marry according to their own beliefs and customs.

      Some places do actually ask that you stay in the town for a week or so before the wedding, so you would have to ask the church that you are considering, do they need you to do anything specific.
