What Can We Do To Stop The Credit Card Company Of Bank Of America Of There Dirty Charges Of 28%?

Bank of America was the or first to advertise the balance inquiry on a debit card account to be
nearly instant.  Each day that I intended to use my debit card I would phone for a balance.  I choose this type of account to avoid overdraft from my sorta kinda occasional lazy bookkeeping
and it worked well until NOT once but two different winter holiday seasons this bank so messed
up my balance that my inquiries were far from current.  Needless to say I would over draw with my debit card BUT only in late NOV and DEC.   I was  told this is how they make the money that they
use to pay the holiday bonus's they are noted for being generous to employees with.  I was told
this is a very common practice for them every holiday season.  The branch asst manager did apologize not once but twice when the time stamp on my ATM slips did show delays in the balance updates.  I am no longer with them
