    We can take imposter as an example of evil or bad mind. Before entering in to the organization, the owner of the organization or the authorized person, in which the psychopathic charms of the hiring team, were tested. And his selection is made on this assessment. The imposter can be in may different shapes. He may be in the shape of pawns, police, patrons or any other thing else. After his selection and appointed in one of the department, he can look in to the organization and identifies the potentials of the employees and workers. He came to knew about the patrons of the organization.

    Then he recognizes the pawns, who persons unwittingly manipulating and using their powers in the organization and services. There also exist organization police, these are the peoples who control the audit system, human resource and recruiting, security and recognizes and remove the hurdles faced by the organization.

    In the manipulation phase he act as pawns and patrons at the same time and make relationship as one to one and influence the networks of the evil. At last he comes to confrontation stage and here the persons who are harmful to organization are completely wiped out. This is the best role and psychopathic shoved his role and moves in.
