I think yes.. For people do things acceptable in their society..
like culture.. People who belong to a conservative culture tend to hide skin through clothes..
and for other culture they tend to show off lots of skin.. The liberated ones..
and for some, they just go with what they feel comfortable regarding of what culture they are..
in general.. We are all different, people make their own choice... But fashion for me is highly influenced by culture.. =)
