There are many options...check out your most recent statement. If that does not help call the customer service number on the back of your card or bill. Most companies offer online billing information. Just go to their website. Be sure to have your card handy. They will need your account number and will also ask questions to verify your identity.

Call the credit card company and ask them for your balance while u have them on the phone ask them to lower your rate u might get lucky good luck
