    You aren't going to lose weight with eating just that stuff, you need to eat healthy with fruits, vegetable, meats that aren't fatty, chicken and fish are great for that, you also need to exercise, either at the gym, or walking or jogging, but really walking is better for you. Less stress on your joints. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

      Eat more fruits and veggies and do more exercise.
      Drink a lot of water
      low fat snacks
