Is There A Set Of Rules Us Newbies Can Look At So We're Not Made To Feel Like Total Idiots?

I try to put up a debate posed as a question, it's reclassified as a question because I posed it as a question. Please before you answer this look at the top debate of all time, is that not a question mark following the initial statement? I try to put up a debate as a statement it's changed to say something different entirely and changed to a question. Are my debate subjects not PC?

Yes there is. Down below on the right hand side on the home page there is a place you can go to called "how to use blurtit". (ps I am currently modifying all answers after my race. I change my answer on your debate.)

Those rules are applied in a very capricious manner with no logic involved. I hoped there might be somewhere else.

Initially, debate topics were allowed to post in question format. As a result, it confused a lot of users as some of them just simply put questions in the debate section. To make it easier and clearer, a new rule is added that all debates need to be statements.
