My dad died of cirrhosis at the age of 34 and I'm worried the doctors didn't do enough to save him. He already had jaundice when he went to the hospital though.

Hi Renee,  I'm Heather.  I was diagnosed with cirrhosis at the age of 27,  and no I don't believe it's too late.  I have been sober for 3 years now and I was in really really bad shape.  I'm really sorry about what happen to your dad, But maybe someone out there can learn from it like me.  I was so jaundiced that I was crying yellow tears, You could take a rag and wipe my face and it would be that yucky yellow.  It's a big time scary thing but I don't understand did the doctors just give up??
