This Question Is Answered:
Do You Think That OBAMA Or CLINTON Really Have A Chance To Become President?
The United States has never in its history had an African American or female president. Do you think this is something that will happen, and do you think it will help or hinder our country?

I think this may just be the most interesting presidential race we have ever had. I would almost call it historic. Unfortunately, I have not done enough research on either candidate to give an educated opinion about what each stands for.
But it would certainly be interesting to see how things turn out if Hilary wins. I don't really think that she will though, due to the fact that (in my opinion) most men would not vote for a woman. I do not think that it would be as bad as people may think though. She is familiar with the government, and how to run a country, I think she might do well.
As for Obama, I feel like it doesn't matter that he is black. BUT to almost 25% of Americans, it would be considered a huge mistake to make a black man president. Personally, if I did my research and like what he stands for, without a doubt I would vote for him. I do think he has a pretty good chance to win though. Without trying to sound racist.. I think that the majority of black people will vote for him, simply because he is black. No I'm not saying that they are mindless drones that would just follow the rest of the crowd, but I think they think this is a great opportunity for blacks all around.
I hope my point didn't come off as "stereo-typing" people, but it is how I feel, and that is what freedom of speech is all about, right?

I do understand what you mean. And you do not come across as racist. All or most African Americans fear that they are not well represented in the government and feal that a white middle class man does not understand their political interests or the daily struggles associated with being African American. So I know what you are saying. It is not that the African Americans are mindless sheep, however I do think that they would vote for Obama because he is black. Only because the African American community feal that a black president can appreciate and understand their political issues. However I do not think that either one of them will win simply because the rest of the Political world in other countries would not look upon the U.S. favorably...

I really think Clinton has a great chance st the office, even though I am not for her. She seems to be the most popular of all the ones running and she is the best known I think.
