    Advent- is the the holy season in the Christian calender. It is the beginning of the liturgical calendar.

    Ash Wednesday- is the first day of lent and occurs 46 days before Easter.

    Candlemas- is a traditional christian festival that commemorates the ritual purification of Mary 40 days after her son.

    Christmas- it's a celebration that commemorated the birth of Jesus. It marks the beginning of the larger season, Christmastide.

    Easter- is an annual religious feast that is celebrated for Jesus' resurrection from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion.
