How Long Should It Take For You To Get Your New Lease?

How long should it take for you to get your new lease, after you paid the rental increase that states that you agree to stay and pay the new rent increase, also can they hold your lease for tenent complaints, and can the landlord take pictures of your apartment by telling you its for building maintain but you found out later that they are using it against you.

    You should have gotten a copy of your lease as soon as it was signed. I don't know what you mean by "hold your lease for tenant complaints", but the pictures can probably be used against you--you don't own the structure, only the stuff in it. Most leases allow management to schedule inspections and the pictures would simply be proof to withhold your security deposit when you leave (unless you can prove you repaired the damage--receipts and new pictures).
