You would need the following ingredients:
1/2 cups soft bread crumbs, about 3 slices bread, 1 tbsp dried minced onion or 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 tsps salt, 1/4 tsps pepper, 1/4 tsps nutmeg, 3/4 cup milk, 2 pounds ground beef , 2 tbsp butter or margarine , 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp flour , 10 1/2 ouncescondensed beef broth, 1 cup half-and-half or light cream

1 lb. Ground beef
3 slices toasted wheat bread, chopped/sliced small and soaked in about 1/3 cup milk
1 chopped onion (about 2" diamiter)
3 large pieces fresh garlic...chopped
1/3 of a green pepper...chopped
2 finger/thumb, pinch of sea salt (has less sodium)
2 finger/thumb pinch of pepper
a little parsley
a tiny pinch basil
1 egg, beaten
(like spicey food ? Try adding a jalapeno, chopped up)
mix all together in large bowl...well
form into balls about 2" diameter and place in oven-safe glass baking dish.
mix together... 1 can beef broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, pour over meat-balls
bake at about 300*, checking often to add water.
When they look nearly done(about45 min.) add...
add...mixture of 3/4 cup sour cream and enough milk or cream to make pour-able
add to meat-balls and let simmer in oven at about 250* for about 10 or 15 minutes covered...
stir them up a little, very gently and serve.
