      1 lb. Ground beef
3 slices toasted wheat bread, chopped/sliced small and soaked in about 1/3 cup milk
1 chopped onion (about 2" diamiter)
      3 large pieces fresh garlic...chopped
      1/3 of a green pepper...chopped
2 finger/thumb, pinch of sea salt (has less sodium)
      2 finger/thumb pinch of pepper
      a little parsley
      a tiny pinch basil
      1 egg, beaten

(like spicey food ? Try adding a jalapeno, chopped up)

mix all together in large bowl...well
form into balls about  2" diameter and place in oven-safe glass baking dish.

mix together... 1 can beef broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, pour over meat-balls

bake at about 300*, checking often to add water.
When they look nearly done(about45 min.) add...

add...mixture of 3/4 cup sour cream and enough milk or cream to make pour-able

add to meat-balls and let simmer in oven at about 250* for about 10 or 15 minutes covered...

stir them up a little, very gently and serve.
