You could enable it in the Device Manager. Make sure the card it seated in the machine properly. Go My Computer, right click properties. When that comes up click on the Hardward tab and then click device manager. Expand the Display Adapters field and the card should list on there with a red X if it is disabled. Right click and Enable.
