Your question is not very clear. I am not sure why your dog's mole was treated with a medicated shampoo. Or perhaps this mole(s) have appeared since visiting the veterinarian. The best thing to do is talk to your veterinarian--they have actually examined this dog and may have seen these moles. The veterinarian's advice is going to be the best in this case. It sounds like you may have questions about the examination findings and it is your veterinarian's job to answer your questions and listen to your concerns.

Mold, as in a fungus. Not mole
I would contact your veterinarian for clarification. True mold is very uncommon in dogs. Yeast (Malessezia) is a common infection and can cause hyperpigmentation or change in color of the skin. There are other fungal infections found in dogs--they are more serious and do more than change the color of the skin.
Is the dog fat? If there is a gathering of skin that stays moist and does not get a lot of air mold can form, or yeast. It happens in humans too, especially obese people who have lost some weight, they gold mold or yeast build up in the apron rolls
