How Can One Say That The Centre Of Gravity Is Important?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

To describe the importance of centre of gravity first of all I have to define the term as after the definition the importance becomes quite clear. The term is being used to describe the phenomenon in which there is a centre point and at that point the mass of the object is being concentrated. You can understand the phenomenon with the use of an example. If you take an object and hang it by tying it with a string, the centre of gravity of the object is just below the string and if you try to move the object in circular direction, its path is being decided by the centre of gravity.

When it comes to the importance of centre of gravity I can say that all the astronomical objects are based on this theory for their function. As we al know about the importance of astronomical objects, we can not deny the importance of centre of gravity.
