What Type Of Foods Should I Eat After Recently Having My Gall Badder Removed?

Answer Question

It's more a question of what to avoid. You will find out very quickly, but, generally, corn is not a good idea, at least at first. Also a good idea to avoid fatty, greasy foods, as well as too much dairy.

When your gall bladder is removed, each time you eat, there is nothing to regulate the bile being dumped into your intestinal tract anymore. So, foods that cause a high bile response from your system, (your liver), will tend to run thru you like water thru a garden hose. NOT pretty.
