 Let him or her apply for a tourist Visa. however applying has Requirements and strict legal rules. He or she must have all the requirements issued at the embassy. |

Tell him to go to USA embassy in Nigeria and get the info about the tourist visa. You can also send him sponsor for the visit that will make easy for him to get the Visa. |
