What Does It Mean To Be Goal Oriented?

Goal oriented is a term for anything who is trying to achieve a pre set goal through their actions. Thus a person, system or an organization can be described by the term goal-oriented. This term is in most of the cases used as an adjective. Thus it is a concept used in various fields and in various contexts.

People or things or organizations which are goals oriented pursue a goal relentlessly until the determined goal is actually fulfilled. In engineering context it can refer to a device implemented with the very particular goal in mind. Likewise it is also a concept dealt with in other subjects like cognitive science, psychology and organization sciences.
