I had been drinking a lot of beer lately and i just found out i am pregnant will everything be okay with the baby?

If you do not continue drinking alcohol, the baby should be fine. Everything I've read about fetal alcohol syndrome pertains to women who continued to drink throughout the duration of the pregnancy.
From here forward, don't drink alcohol, eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water... Just take care of yourself and the baby...and the odds are everything will turn out fine.
Go see a doctor soon... You'll need to be on prenatal vitamins and have your check ups regularly!

If a woman drink alcohol, it is possible that her child may have some problems called fetal alcohol syndrome. The baby can have some central nervous system problems, growth retardation and some face abnormalities. These problems are lifelong and have no cure.
