I Have A 1992 Cadillac Sedan Deville And When I Pull Off Whether It's At A Traffic Light, Stop Sign, Or From Park It Doesn't Change Out, But It Will Still Drive. Can You Help?

I put a new modulator on it and a new transmission pan on it. I'm hoping it's not the transmission on it, i would very much appreciate some help

Does it go in reverse ok?  Also, have you checked all of your fluids?  You need to check them on a regular basis, because if it gets too low the transmission will go out, and its expensive to even replace it with a used one.  Also, check and replace your spark plugs and cables, and check your battery cables.  I would then check the battery and altinator, but they sound like they are ok.  If you don't leave about a fourth of a tank in your car, the fuel filter will sometimes get clogged.  So you may want to replace that.  Some people can change those on their own, depending if you are good at that stuff.  If it is really bad, it could be the fuel pump.  That would explain the stopping and stalling if it is doing that.  Usually, if it is the fuel filter, it will drive but jerk on you a bit.  If it is the pump it will do what it is doing now.  I would start at the cheapest stuff and go from there, as I listed.  Good luck.
