This is the one of the oldest campus of the Pace University when the Pace Brothers started their business of education from the New York City. This campus is situated in the Civic Center in the Manhattan area. This campus is nearby from the famous Wal Mart Store, World Trade center and other famous places and it is on the ideal location for the educational institution. This is very well furnished and spacious campus in the New York City. The campus is spread on the 950,000 square feet in the City of New York. The main building is called the Pace Plaza which is very beautifully designed.


In the campus there is a large theater which has the capability of almost 750 seating capacity. It has a high hall which has 18 floors and it is known as Maria's tower. There are many offices in the building like the Administrations, Accounts, human resource department, Student Union departments and common rooms for the students. The campus has large car parking area which is used by the faculty and the students. There are many laboratories and computer labs where the students can practice their learning. So this is one of the good campuses in the New York.
