Why Does My Hamster Keep Biting And Scratching Herself, Is That Normal?
My hamster just a few days ago had her first litter. I only got her about 2 weeks ago for my Birthday. I didnt even know she was pregnant or a girl at all for that matter. She is only suppose to be a few months old but, she has 7 babies and is the scratching something bad, should i be worried?Please help!!!

It happens when an animal get flea dermatitis. It occurs due to saliva of flea and it ultimately results into skin infection. In this disease an animal scratches, bites and rubs itself. Keep your pet clean and away from other pets. You should immediately consult a vet.
