What Is The Grace Date For Repossession On A Vehicle For Insurance Cancellation?
I had a vehicle that i purchase and my insurance lapse at 12.01 am on April 24, it was sent in to collection on at 5:45 pm on April the 24, and wa repossessed on April 25, at 2:00 pm , that was less than 24 hours is there a grace date for this type of repossession.

I never herd of this before you need to check your states laws and your buyers agreement if they are in breach of contract contact the states attorney general office laws on this differ from state to state
