Hyundai Sonata All Belts Have Been Changed More Times Than I Can Mention This Year Same People Are Doing Work Can Not Find The Solution, Can You Help?

Internal/external belts have been changer many times. Tensioner arm has been replaced . Same problem keeps coming back. The dealer can't seem to fix it nor anyone else. Dealers don't want to see me any more and now Firestone doesn't want to see the car any more . Every time i co there it is the same problem. What can i do , where can i go to get this fixed
