It's not the answer that I believe , the whole ministry which u talk about it is not strict at all , u know why i give an example : u had money u can get drunk & walk around no officer can talk to you , if u don't have u'll go straight to do u'r 48 hours in prison , u can & say that , we have here 20 per cent of Paris hilton citizens , and i think even Paris Hilton she passed at least more than 48 hours in jail . That is just simple example there's amazes in our forest.
