Hi,
You will need a DVD burning software and must have a dvd writer on your PC.
If you have a dvd which in encoded you may to decrypt the DVD. If you can down load "DVD Shrink" (google it and you will find it) to your machine, put the movie DVD in your pc and analyse it and then after that hit the button saying backup. The movie will be copied to your pc most likely the document folder under download folder.
You should also ideally download "imgburn" also from the net. Both the softwares are free.
Open imgburn and choose EZ Picker from the mode folder. Click on the burn from file to disc button and they ask you to go to the file which has to burn. Click on it (Put your empty dvd in first)
YOUR NEW DD WILL BE READY IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES
