Answer Question

Many studies and research have shown that chess has a great effect on the human brain as it stimulates the intellectual side of a person and forces them to think analytically. It was mentioned in the Time Magazine, that chess helps building logic in the minds of people along with great concentration and attention powers, especially amongst children.

After what so many studies proved, almost all schools and colleges started a dedicated chess club society to involve students in chess games. It is considered to be a great mental sport that not only relaxes the human brain but makes it quicker and efficient.

Chess enhances the mental abilities of a person and triggers their logical side making them more alert and systematic in their daily life. Although chess does not involve any physical activity, it is still considered to be a sport, because it is a mental sports game.

Studies have even shown how chess helps people making the right choices and decisions in their lives because people tend to become more analytical with the practice of chess. It is said that those football players who also play chess, tend to be better players as compared to those who do not play chess.
