What's The Replacement Cost On House?

I had replacement cost on my house that burned down, the insurance company had the whole house along with the foundation demolished. The house was 80 plus years, in order to rebuild and up to code i have to replace the sewer and water pipe from the new house to the main in the street. Would this be covered ?

It depends on the insurance type and if it was mention in the deed at the time you taken this insurance then you can cover this replacement cost from your company but generally insurance companies only pay for in house maintenance or replacement cost.
