How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive A New Green Card After Falling In The Application?
My green Card expired and I send my application, and I don't know how long it will take to receive a new one.

Answers
The typical guideline is 60 to 90 days. However, before you get the actual green card, you will get a notice for a biometric or fingerprinting notice. Only after that will the GC be issued.
The GC is valid for 10 years, so what you have already been in the US for 10 years, so why not apply for citizenship?
