How Do U Move?

Walking is moving
but exercises too

Your brain has lots of parts and tells you when to move.

Moving van, pack up the house and relocate kind of move...?

Or anatomically? The answer here is a combination of Muscles being attached to bones at points that allow the best leverage. Axons and Dendrites and Synapses and Neurons and all that good stuff is part of your brain that sends the signals to move around. You get an impulse to move and like lightening its sent through from axon to dendrite, across synapses, down the spinal cord and to the correct area of the body that should move. When the signal to move gets to the right location, thats when the bones and muscles come into play and voila! You move. Its crazily complicated but thats the easy explanation.
