I Just Gave A Bid On A Short Sale Home. How Do I Know If I Made A Good Offer?
My husband and I are interested in buying a home. We have come across one that is in "Short Sale" we put a bid on it but not sure if we made a good offer.

I think before giving a bid you should contact a real estate agent or you could also look online on the auctions for the homes available for sale. If you have not bought a home yet then first go on the online real estate sites and get price comparisons from there.

Check to see if there are any other bids on the house, and if so, what their offers were. If not, have a real estate agent do work for you.
