If A Person Puts A Child Up For Adoption And They Want The Child Back They Should Not Get The Child Back Right?

It depends on what papers have been signed, the exact length of time that has passed and also exactly where you are (country/ state.) There are websites that could help you, but it sounds as if time is very precious and your best bet is probably to contact the adoption agency immediately- they should be able to tell you whether you need legal advice.
