    The Landlord Refuses To Replace Air Conditioners With Larger Models And The Temperatures Sometimes Rose Up To 100 Degrees Last Year. Isn’t The Landlord Wrong In Refusing?

    Sadly, they don't have to provide a larger one if they don't want to. If you have one in your lease, then he is obligated to keep it maintained and in working order.
