What Is Average Salary Of A Nanny?

I live in Springfield, Mo and am a live out nanny and don't know if what I am being paid is fair. The children are 4years, 2 years, and a newborn. I am responsible for taking the older 2 to a 2 1/2 hour class two of the 3 days I work. My time is based on 30 hours a week (usually work 35). I don't have benefits and I use my own car (not compensated for any of it).

It depends on different variables involved, i.e. Experience, Sense of Responsibility, Number of children, Living arrangements, Area in which you live and the Benefits you give to nanny. Also it varies from country to country. The average Nanny Salary in United States is

    Live in (Average 45-50 hours) = $1600 - $2400 monthly
    Live out (Average 45-50 hours) = $2000 - $2800 monthly
    And if she is mother's helper = $8 - $13 per hour.
