In today's world letters like these are all fake on internet. Do not share any kind of personal information with them. If they have asked you to send some money to initialize your process then for sure its fake

No it is not real, it is a fraud., trash the letter. They will just keep asking you for more money and you will never see a penny of the claim fraud money.
