How To Care For Terrarium?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It is very simple to care for a terrarium and if you are using it for a plant the first thing you should keep in mind is to never over water; water lightly when it gets dry after every few weeks which depends upon the conditions. Another very important aspect is that you should place it in the bright area, though the area should not be of very bright sunlight. When the plant becomes as you want it to be you can pinch off the newest growth so that it can encourage the bushier growth.

Another aspect which is also considered important is that you should not fertilize the terrarium because when the plant used up the nutrients the plant may grow arbitrarily. The soil also requires some refreshment and you can do so by scraping the upper layer and adding some new to it. A small amount of nutrients is also good as it makes the plant refreshed.
