What Is The Tax Credit For Child Care In 2007?

I would like to hire a nanny. I wonder what kind of tax credit I would receive if I did so.

Well you should have mentioned the country you reside in, so as to help me better answer you.

As a practitioner of tax though, I do not believe that hiring a nanny would enable you to receive any tax credit.

If you are in the US, it sounds as if you are referring to Child and Dependent Care credit.  The amount of credit you can receive depends on several factors such as the amount you pay for the child care services and your income.  You can go to the link and get further information including Form 2441 and instructions.  IRS
