What Can You Tell Me About Sidney Sheldon's Novel 'Bloodline'?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The novel bloodline was written by Sheldon in the year 1977. It was later altered by Sheldon to allow it to be made into a movie starring 50 year old Audrey Hepburn. The film was predictably a flop. The movie centred on the main female lead Elizabeth who has been left of a wealthy empire after the death of her father. There are those in the business empire who would like both her power and her life.

In this world there are indeed so many books to read and so much knowledge that one can gain from them, that it is believed to be an utter waste to put aside, say the classics where there are the brilliant works such as those of Charles Dickens, James Fennimore Cooper, Joseph Conrad etc (the list is endless) and read books with no intrinsic value.
