    The question is:
    2/3 = 2-5x-3 / x-1
    Subtracting:
    2/3=-1-5x /x-1
    Cross multiplying:
    2(x-1) = 3(-1-5x)
    Expanding:
    2x-2=-3-15x
    Shifting like terms together:
    2x+15x=-3+2
    Which is:
    17x=-1
    Dividing:
    x=-1/17
    Which is:
    x=0.05
