The only way you can find out is to take a pregnancy test. I did a persuasive research paper for a communications class on Plan B and one of the things that I came across in my research is that Plan B is an ineffective drug if you are already pregnant. If you have conceived a child before taking Plan B then it would be as if you only took a placebo. It would be a good idea for you to take a home pregnancy test and no matter the results you should consult a doctor.
