The Eastern Europe Alliance is basically referred to as the Warsaw Pact. It was an organization consisting of communist states in Central and Eastern Europe. That was established in the year 1955 in warsaw Poland. This pact was initiated by the Soviet Union. It was basically a military alliance in response to the NATO treaty.
