For chicken fingers you will need
2 Chicken breast
1 Teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
½ raising floor
2 eggs
1 cup bread crump's
Take a bowl and put the chicken breast piece in it and add salt, white pepper, mustard powder and mix them all together, in such a way that the chicken in completely indulged in it. And after mixing it, put it in the refrigerator for two complete hours for marination. Now a pan and add some oil it in, keeping in mind you have to deep fry the chicken breast. First take raising flour, now take out the chicken from the refrigerator and dust it in the raising flour in such a way that the chicken is slightly covered with the flour.
Now take the eggs and blend them, after doing this take the dusted chicken pieces and put them in the eggs. After putting it in the bowl of eggs, you put it in the bread crumbs and again dust it. After all this is done, take the pieces and deep fry it. Take out when turned golden brown. And serve with sauce, of your desire.

Chili garlic sauce 2 table spoon

Now cut the pieces of chicken in thin finger size. Put them in a neat clean bowl put 2 table spoon of chili garlic sauce, you can reduce the amount if you think it's too hot. Put a pinch of black pepper and salt in it. Then mix it and left it for 10 minutes as you need it quickly, if not then put it in fridge of 30 minutes. Take your flour and spread it in a plate and take you chicken finger from the refrigerator after 10 or 30 minutes. Beat and egg in a bowl and put it on the table. Spread bread crumbs in another plate.
Now coat each of it with flour and put it in egg and then in crumbs when the crumbs are coated equally put it in a flat tray. When all the chicken fingers are coated out them in fridge for 10 minutes and then fry them in olive oil for better taste fry them in sunflower oil. And enjoy your quick snacks.
