What Is The Passive Form?

I do not know exactly how you translate a sentence into the passive form.

    In passive voice,something is done to its subject; as Football is played by me. Apples are eatten by him. In these sentences footbal and apple are acted upon. They remain in active or passive and their verbs are said to be passive voice.

      Passive Form
      In passive sentences, the thing that receives the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing that doing the action is optionally included near the end of the sentence. The passive form can be used if you think that the thing receiving the action is more important so it should be emphasized. Passive form can also be used if you don't know who is doing the action / if you do not want to mention the person who is doing the action.
      Formation of Passive Form:
      Thing receiving action + be + past participle of verb + by + thing doing action
      Examples of passive voice are given below.

      Tense + Example

      simple present
      Apple is eaten by Sara.

      present progressive
      Football match is being played by the students.

      simple past
      Food was cooked by the mother.

      past progressive
      I was being given medicines.

      present perfect
      Don't do it! You have been warned!

      past perfect
      I didn't realize that the door had been painted.

      'will' future
      If you do not withdraw, fees will be refunded.

      future perfect
      The office tasks will have been completed by Friday.

      In use of going to
      If the snow stops, the match is going to be played.
